Student Success Center

The Student Success Center (SSC) provides academic support to BRCC students who are referred by their instructors for tutoring outside of the class. BRCC instructors facilitate open labs in math, English, and computers.

The SSC also offers peer tutoring and open labs in other content areas on an as needed basis. Students with reading comprehension difficulties may contact the SSC for a screening.

The Henderson County/Transylvania County NCWorks provides a variety of services to the Job Seekers and Businesses of Henderson County and surrounding areas.

Henderson County/Transylvania County NC Works staff members are dedicated to helping individuals learn new skills, find employment and progress in their careers. We serve everyone regardless of income or employment status. We have the tools and professionals to help determine which jobs best match the customer's interests and skills. Services to job seekers focus on career planning, funding for training, job seeking skills, job search assistance and job placement services.
